Salon Policy and Procedures for Divine Beauty Lounge
Cancellation:
24 hours before must be informed we do not take any fee, however if multiple last minutes cancellation no shows or constant moving appointments will result in walking basis only. we offer a courtesy reminder the appointment. prices and policy subject to change without notice.
Nails Redo Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our nail services. To maintain quality standards and fairness, our redo policy is as follows:
Redo Conditions
- Redos will only be honored if Divine Beauty Lounge is contacted within the specified time frame and a clear picture of the damaged, chipped, or lifted nails is sent to us via:
- Salon Mobile
- Instagram DM
This allows us to inspect and investigate the issue thoroughly.
Redo Period
The redo period depends on the type of nail service provided:
• Regular Polish: Within 2 days
• Classic Gel Polish: Within 3 days
• Russian Gel Manicure: Within 3 days
Acrylic/ hard gel Nails extensions : within 3 days
Important Notes
• Redos must be requested within the time frames mentioned above. After this period, we will be unable to offer the redo for free, and the full service charge will apply.
• We do not provide any warranty or redo for nail breakage, chipping, or lifting caused by accidents, misuse, or improper aftercare.
. We do not take any responsibility for regular manicures pedicures & classic gel polish nails breakage.
Tardiness / running late /Punctuality Policy
• To respect everyone’s time, we kindly request that clients arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients. we understand that at times being late is unavoidable. If you may be running late (5-10 minutes). We request you to make a quick call on us. However, depending on circumstances, Clients who arrive late will be charged in full their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time to accommodate the next booked.
•Late cancellations or no-shows may result 50% nonrefundable sessions for future appointments.
Salon Etiquette
• we do not offer valet for cars. Out side at amara residences JVC, community DUBAI are privilege to have access to free parking services outside our salon. We strive to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all. Please keep conversations at a low volume and be considerate of others in the salon. Please ensure that upon your arrival into the salon for your reserved services, you check in at Reception and allow the Reception Staff verify & reconfirm the services booked by you and further arrange your services while you may be requested to have a seat. We request you to allow us a few moments while you are seated to ensure that your service provider is available and ready to greet and assist you and your service area is ready. We request that you NOT to notify the desk if you seem dissatisfied with the choice of our music being played. We serve a number of different nationalities very happily and continue do our best to create a salon ambience and atmosphere suitable to all nationalities. Please refrain from making loud noises or distractions while using our facilities. Please refrain from having cross conversations with other clients in the main salon area as this disturbs our clients having their services in treatment rooms. Please do not use digital media on your instruments on a loud volume. We suggest you use air pods as much as possible. During this time, we are not able to provide any services, nor do we take appointments for that slot.
We do not accept any services via phone calls or walk ins after 9:00pm.

Mobile Phone Policy
• To preserve the serene environment, we kindly ask that you keep your phone on silent mode during your visit.
• Phone calls are discouraged during treatments to maintain relaxation for you and those around you.
No Smoking Policy
• Divine Beauty Lounge is a strictly smoke-free zone. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the salon or near the entrance
Gift Cards
• Perfect for Any Occasion: Treat your loved ones with a Divine Beauty Lounge gift card, available for purchase at the salon.
• Redemption: Gift cards can be used for any service or product and must be presented at the time of use.
• Terms:
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
• validation of gift card six month from Date Of purchase.
Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store soft copy online.
Safety Precautions
• The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority.
• All equipment is sanitized after each use, and our salon maintains the highest standards of hygiene.
• Hand sanitizers are available throughout the salon for client use.
• If you feel unwell, we kindly request you to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of others.
Special Conditions Policy
• A Consultation Form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given.
• Allergies or sensitivities to products.
• Recent surgeries or medical conditions.
• Pregnancy any other health considerations that may affect treatment.
• Our team will do their best to accommodate you and recommend the most suitable services.
Refund and Return Policy
• We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not happy with the results of a service, please notify us before leaving the salon, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• Refunds for services are not provided but adjustments or complimentary corrections can be arranged within 5 days.

• Products purchased in the salon may be returned within 7 days if unused , unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds or exchanges are not available for used or opened products.
Age Requirement Policy
• Clients must be 18 years or older to book most treatments.
• Minors (under 18) require parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult for certain services.
Child Policy
• To maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly request that children are not brought to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment.
• For their safety, children must remain supervised at all times.

• Allergies or sensitivities to specific products.

Hair Redo Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the outcome of your haircut or color service, here’s how our redo policy works:
• Notify us within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied with your service. This includes issues with cutting,coloring,and hair treatment keratin or protein
• After reviewing your concerns, we will schedule a redo appointment within 5 days of the original service date to make the necessary corrections.
Missed Notification:
• If you fail to inform us within 48 hours, any additional services will be charged at full price.
It is solely the client’s responsibility to inform us within the specified timeframe and to be aware of our salon policies.
Head Lice/Nits Policy
To maintain hygiene and the health of our staff and clients:
• We are unable to provide services if lice or nits are detected.
• Appointments will be rescheduled once the issue is resolved.
Pricing
Our pricing reflects the quality of our services and products. We are transparent about all charges, and any add-ons or upgrades will be communicated clearly before proceeding. Please note that prices are subject to change within notice.
Skin/Body Treatment
We provide professional-grade skin and body treatments tailored to your needs. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments to ensure a safe and effective session.
Skin/Body Treatments Policy at Divine Beauty Lounge
At Divine Beauty Lounge, we offer a variety of luxurious body treatments designed to rejuvenate and refresh. To ensure your safety and comfort, we have specific guidelines for booking certain treatments on the same day.
Same-Day Body Treatment Policy
• Moroccan Bath, Facials, Waxing, and Bleaching:
• We do not recommend scheduling Moroccan baths, facials, waxing, or bleaching on the same day as other body treatments.
• If you choose to proceed with these treatments on the same day, you do so at your own responsibility.
• You will be required to complete a form acknowledging that Divine Beauty Lounge will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or issues that may arise.
Your safety and well-being are our priority, and we recommend that body treatments are scheduled with proper time intervals between them to ensure the best results. Thank you for your understanding!

Redo Policy for Styling Services
• Styling services such as hairstyles, updos, and blowdry are not eligible for a redo.
• If you are unsatisfied with the result, it is your responsibility to express your concerns before leaving the salon or during your consultation with the stylist.
• Once you leave the salon after approving the service, no corrections will be offered.
